Now that monkey comment made me laugh!! My hubby and I have done this same thing but with milk. We can barely go through a gallon before it goes bad, let alone two!
4 bananas, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 egg, 1/3 cup margarine, 1 tsp each baking powder and baking soda pinch of salt ,1 1/2 cup flour mix up the dry ingredients then add the wet ones mix it all up quickly and imperfectly, there should be some lumps bake at 350 for ABOUT 25 minutes keep an eye out after 22 minutes. i love these and so does my son.
