I cannot believe that Christmas is only 4 days away. I'm a little bummed that it's come upon us so quickly because I have yet to catch the Christmas "bug." It just hasn't felt like Christmas time and I'm sad that I don't yet feel the special magic the holiday usually sprinkles over me.
I did feel a bit of the magic on Friday evening when I helped my mom make Christmas treats and then again on Saturday when I got to watch a couple of Christmas movies, but other than those few hours there just hasn't been enough holiday cheer. I hope the magic finds me in the next few days otherwise it will be even more sad to see my favorite holiday come and go.

Maybe some ornament smashing would be in order?
Dana - That's a wonderful idea! I'll be over shortly! :)
I thought that might do the trick! :)
You know what? I haven't caught the Christmas bug in several years. It really is sad.
You know, I'm with ya. I haven't been overcome with that "Christmas Time" cheer. Hopefully I'll have some by Christmas Eve.
I hope you catch "the bug" soon!
Merry Christmas!
I think there are a lot of us who just don't have the heart for christmas. I also don't think you are a stranger to me at all, Angie really enjoyed the company of her blogging friends, and I am sure she is quite happy to know that now we can share the friendship you and her did. Just remember, even Mary and Joseph were tired at Christmas, they had a long and difficult journey, but in the end they never gave up, and we have a lot to thank for that.
Oh I was going to make those wonderful goodies, but when I decided to, I couldn't find hersey hugs anywhere! Oh well. I did enough baking. LOL.
I am sure you will feel the holiday bug when you are sitting down and enjoying the presence of wonderful family.
Happy Holidays, Ms. Math! :)
Oh, those look Yummy! I really didn't get the Christmas Bug this year either but that is pretty normal for me.
