The Numbers
I knew from my lack of writing that my blogging was extremely poor in 2012 but I like to see things in number form so I thought I'd look at my "It's a Numbers Game - 2012 Edition," to get an idea on how poorly!

Yikes! I didn't even blog half of what I was hoping to do! I love playing this game (even though every time I've played, I've failed) so I'm going to attempt it again this year. So, here we go!

Fixing Problems
Where to start, where to start.
Well, life has been moving at warp speed this month (the past couple of months, actually) and I often don't know if I'm coming or going. Perhaps I should say that life is moving at the same speed it's always moved but I'm just not as in control as I should be or would like to be. I've got to fix that problem.
This poor blog (how many times have I said that?)! I'm so sad that I've let it fall by the wayside. I'm very disappointed that I haven't been documenting all the little things that I see, hear, and feel on a regular basis. The big things I will remember and will get caught up on eventually (Florida vacation from 2011, anyone? Oy!) but those fun little tidbits that make life so unique and interesting each and every day are gone. I've got to fix that problem.
So, here's to fixing problems! Grabbing life by the horns and documenting it along the way! I have to remember that things won't be perfect despite the fact that I want them to be but they'll get better and life is about progress, not perfection.
Time to get going on that progress!

I'm thankful I do not have children.
*This post was actually kind of a joke. Tonight I spent the evening with some friends, one of which has four children all under the age of five. They are adorable kids and it was a very entertaining evening but my friend's husband likes giving me a hard time so he said something along the lines about "I suppose your thankful status tonight will be about how you're happy you don't have kids." I couldn't resist putting this as my post!*
